PROBASE - Procedures for accounting and baselines for projects under JI and the CDM
In December 2002 the European research project Procedures for Accounting and Baselines for JI and CDM projects (PROBASE) was completed. PROBASE was funded by the European Commission under the Fifth Framework Programme and its main objective was to provide recommendations to policy makers on how to deal with the issue of calculating GHG emission reductions achieved through JI or CDM projects. Foundation JIN was the research coordinator for PROBASE.
